We gebruiken 100% echt volnerf leer — voornamelijk hoogwaardig lamsleer (lambskin) en rundsleer (cowhide). We verkopen geen kunstleer, veganistisch leer of PU-leer. Elke Decrum-jas is een natuurproduct — ademend, duurzaam en ontworpen om beter te worden met de tijd. Hoe meer je hem draagt, hoe beter hij staat en aanvoelt. Ja, de verzending is gratis voor alle bestellingen in Nederland. We leveren via DHL en UPS met volledige tracking, met een standaardlevertijd van 4–5 werkdagen. Volg je zending op elk moment op onze pagina voor ordertracking.

Onze jassen zijn ontworpen met een moderne, op maat gesneden pasvorm. Om de juiste maat te vinden — zeker als je van plan bent er een dikke trui onder te dragen in de winter — raden we onze maatgids sterk aan. We bieden exacte borstmaten in centimeters zodat je op lichaamsmaat kunt shoppen in plaats van te gissen aan de hand van een label. Over het algemeen volgen de Decrum-maten de Europese standaardmaatvoering. Twijfel je tussen twee maten, ga dan een maat omhoog — lamsleer vormt zich iets naar je lichaam bij gebruik. Neem contact op voor persoonlijk maatadvies.

We bieden gratis retouren aan voor alle klanten in Nederland. Als je jas niet de juiste maat heeft, start dan je retour binnen 30 dagen na levering via onze Retour & Ruil pagina — we sturen je een vooraf betaald retourlabel, zodat het retourproces volledig gratis is. Artikelen moeten ongedragen en ongewassen zijn en nog voorzien van de originele labels. Zodra je retour de inspectie heeft doorstaan, wordt je ruiling direct verzonden.
